Grand View Hotel

Empty outdoor patio of a restaurant or cafe with white tables, chairs, umbrellas, and string lights, with a white building in the background.

Since 1851, the Grand View Hotel, affectionately known as “The GV”, has stood as a cherished Redlands landmark, defined by its history, character, and bayside setting. Following an extensive transformation, the hotel enters a new chapter, with reimagined spaces and a refreshed hospitality offering that honours its legacy while embracing a contemporary coastal spirit.

Detail F&L was engaged to manufacture and install the venue’s furniture, with a strong focus on the production of outdoor seating and tables, high stools, and custom outdoor umbrellas. Designed to withstand the demands of a busy hospitality environment and its bayside location, each piece was crafted to be durable and hardwearing without compromising on comfort or aesthetic appeal.

The result is a robust and cohesive outdoor furniture solution that supports the GV’s revitalised experience, inviting guests to gather, dine, and enjoy the bay in comfort for years to come.
