The Ascot

Inspired by the grandeur of Flemington Racecourse and the pageantry of the Melbourne Cup, The Ascot presents a distinguished residential address comprising two complementary buildings, Crown and Parade. Framed by lush central gardens and articulated through recessed balconies, strong vertical elements, and subtle bronze detailing, the development balances established presence with contemporary refinement across its 146 apartments.

Detail F&L were engaged to assist in the design, manufacture, and installation of indoor and outdoor furniture throughout the shared amenities. From wellness spaces and work-from-home facilities to entertainment areas and landscaped gardens, each setting was thoughtfully furnished to align with the project’s architectural language and elevated lifestyle offering.

The result is a cohesive and enduring furniture solution that enhances The Ascot’s premium amenity experience, supporting comfort, community, and high performance apartment living within a timeless residential setting.
