Victoria Restaurant

Located within Melbourne’s iconic Federation Square overlooking the Yarra River, Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters is a 100 seat venue celebrating the produce, people, and places that define the state. From the Western Plains to the Murray, the Great Ocean Road to the High Country, the restaurant continues Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia’s journey of uncovering the stories and ingredients that shape Victoria’s diverse food landscape.

Detail Furniture & Lighting were engaged to assist in the production and installation of the indoor and outdoor tables and chairs, carefully crafted to support the venue’s dynamic dining experience. Each piece was selected and manufactured to balance durability with refined design, complementing the restaurant’s material palette and connection to its natural surroundings.

As the second restaurant we have delivered in collaboration with Chef Alejandro Saravia and his team, the project reflects a shared commitment to quality, authenticity, and storytelling through considered design. The result is a cohesive hospitality environment where furniture and setting seamlessly support a menu grounded in seasonality, provenance, and the richness of Victoria.
